The Pat & Monty Blakely Scholarship was founded in 2005 for students majoring in art. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
The recipient must be a full-time student in the area of art at WTC
The recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 2.5 GPA
Selection is made by the donor or the financial aid director
