DONOR BILL OF RIGHTS
The WTC Foundation supports and abides by the Donor Bill of Rights developed and endorsed by the Association of Fundraising Professions (AFP), the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Giving Institute.

19 TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE CODE §21.468-474(O)
The WTC Foundation complies with the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) rules regarding scholarships to relatives of board members of institutions of higher education and university systems.
