The son of the 6th president of Western Texas College, the Joshua K. Beebe Memorial Scholarship was founded in 2016 for any student in need of financial assistance. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
The recipient must be a full-time student (12hrs)
The recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 2.5 GPA
Selection is made by the Scholarship Committee
