The Dr. Robert L. Clinton Memorial Scholarship was founded in 2007 to financially support academically gifted students. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
The recipient must be a full-time student (12hrs)
The recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 3.0 GPA
Selection is made by the Scholarship Committee
