The Mrs. C. Luvenia Fowler Memorial Scholarship was founded in 1993. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
The recipient must be a full-time student (12hrs)
The recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 2.0 GPA
Selection is made by the Social Science Division Chairperson
Grades to be released to donor if requested
The recipient must enroll in a minimum of 3 hours of social science division courses each semester.
