The Lee & Rosa Tully Memorial Scholarship was founded in 2000. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
Scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in vocational programs
Recipient must be a full time student (12hrs)
Recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 2.0 GPA
Selection is made by the Financial Aid department
