The Hubert & Mary Cargile - Kiwanis Club Scholarship was founded in 1994. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
The Scholarship will be awarded to a Scurry County High School student
The recipient must be a full-time student (12hrs)
The recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 2.5 GPA
Selection is made by the Financial Aid/Scholarship Committee
