Apply for a WTC Scholarship

Ther deadline for applications is April 4, 2025.

The Foundation offers two ways to apply for a scholarship:

Online Scholarship Application

PDF Scholarship Application
(form must be downloaded to your computer to be completed correctly)

To complete the Scholarship Application, you will need:

• Your address and social security number
• Income information
• Grade level next year
• An unofficial transcript from your most recent school (high school or college)
• A typed personal statement/essay of no less than 500 words (more instructions on application)

How to Apply for a WTC Scholarship:

1. Visit or Contact the WTC Financial Aid Office to discuss your financial aid.
   
   
2. Complete the WTC Foundation Scholarship Application.
   
   
3. Ensure the information you include is correct and complete. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
   
   
4. If using the PDF version, please type all applicable information on this application. All handwritten or incomplete applications will not be considered.
   
   
5. Submit the complete application with essay and transcript to the WTC Foundation Office located on the WTC campus in Building 2 or mail it to:

*Please note: all scholarship recipients are subject to Western Texas College and federal financial aid regulations which could make the recipient ineligible for a portion or all of the scholarship award.
