SNYDER— The Western Texas College Foundation is accepting nominations for their annual Distinguished Alumni Award through March 8, 2018.
The WTC Foundation first awarded the honor in 2016 to Deborah Pruitt Boyd, Snyder Municipal Judge, and in 2017 to Jason Tyler, Scurry County E.M.S. Director.
“Western Texas College is delighted to again accept nominations in recognition of former students who have demonstrated leadership in their chosen professions and who serve as role models to inspire today’s students to strive for both personal and professional success,” noted Dr. Barb Beebe, WTC President.
All students who have attended or graduated from Western Texas College are eligible, excluding current students. The award recipient will be selected by a committee and notified by the Director of College Advancement.
The recipient will be honored at the annual WTC Alumni Reception on April 6, 2018. The reception will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Visitor Center on the WTC campus located at 6200 College Avenue.
