The Sam Joyce Memorial Scholarship was founded in 1988. 
Qualifications for the scholarship:
Recipients must be a sophomore student
The recipient must be a full-time student (12hrs)
Recipients must be an agriculture/range management major
The recipient must repay if the student withdraws from college or fails to complete 12 semester hours with at least a 3.0 GPA
Selection is made by the Scholarship Committee
