Western Texas College Announces “Quanah Parker” Dedication Ceremony Nov 2, 2017

SNYDER— Western Texas College announced today that it will hold an official ceremony for the dedication of the bronze sculpture “Quanah Parker” by Abilene artist Terry Gilbreth on November 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. The ceremony is scheduled to take place at the sculpture located on the front of the Western Texas College campus near the flagpoles. Deborah Pruitt Boyd named first WTC Distinguished Alumni Mar 30, 2016

The Western Texas College Foundation has named Deborah Pruitt Boyd as the first recipient of the WTC Distinguished Alumni Award. Western Texas College Hosts First Forum on Campus Carry Law Mar 1, 2016

Approximately 145 students, faculty and staff gathered in the Fine Arts Theatre at WTC on Tuesday evening to discuss the recently passed Senate Bill 11 regarding the new campus carry law.
